Raja Debnath is the Chairman and Managing Director of Veefin Group, a global fintech enterprise pioneering innovation in SME banking and supply chain finance (SCF). An entrepreneur and seasoned banking advisor, Raja brings decades of experience across leading institutions such as IFC (World Bank Group), EY, Citibank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, GE, and Whirlpool. As a Global Advisory and Business Development Expert with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Raja has played a pivotal role in shaping SME and SCF ecosystems across Asia and beyond — advising over 25 financial institutions worldwide. He led IFC’s multi-bank SCF advisory programs in key emerging markets including Bangladesh, Vietnam, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka, driving financial innovation and inclusion. Earlier in his career, Raja initiated and built the Small Business Unsecured Lending vertical at Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of India’s largest private sector banks — a pioneering initiative that redefined SME financing in the country. At Veefin Group, Raja combines his deep financial expertise with an entrepreneurial vision to transform digital lending and supply chain finance globally, empowering financial institutions to serve SMEs with speed, intelligence, and innovation.

Gautam Udani is a serial entrepreneur and the technical architect behind the Veefin platform, driving the company’s mission to transform digital lending and supply chain finance through innovation, technology, and scale. A true technopreneur, Gautam has a proven ability to harness cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business challenges across diverse industries. Before co-founding Veefin, Gautam founded Infini Systems in 2006, a technology venture that initially focused on software services for the education, real estate, and e-commerce sectors. Under his leadership, the company successfully built and delivered over 250 applications by 2018, establishing a strong track record of engineering excellence and innovation. He also founded Mad Orders, India’s first midnight food delivery platform, which was successfully exited through a strategic sale to Specialty Restaurants. In addition, Gautam has co-founded and successfully exited three other technology startups, reflecting his deep expertise in scaling and commercializing tech-led ventures.

Parag Ekbote is the CEO of GlobeTF (a Veefin Group company) and Chief Business Officer of Veefin Group, where he's building the world's leading working capital technology platform. With nearly 30 years of global experience in enterprise software sales and business development, he has held senior leadership roles at Oracle and Intellect Design Arena, specializing in transaction banking, treasury, and supply chain finance solutions. A growth investor in B2B SaaS companies and FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) advisor, Parag brings deep expertise in GTM strategies, digital transformation, and liquidity intelligence for the banking sector.

Gitesh strengthens Veefin's talent strategy, fosters growth culture, and drives organizational transformation. With over two decades of HR leadership experience across technology and finance sectors, Gitesh previously served as Chief People Officer at Nearby Technologies for more than five years. His impressive career includes key roles as Business HR Head at Magma Fincorp, Head of HR at Hicare Services, Chief People Officer at TATA's e-Nxt Financials, and Head of Talent at Tata Capital. He also held positions at Deutsche Bank and GE Money.

Jigar drives strategic initiatives and ensures smooth operations at Veefin with over 17 years of experience in lending and Supply Chain Finance. Prior to Veefin, he had a successful tenure at Larsen & Toubro where he gained valuable insights into the financial industry. Jigar specializes in process improvement and performance measurement, optimizing operational efficiency. He demonstrates expertise in modern employee training, motivation, and management techniques.

Ketan is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in different companies. Prior to Veefin, Ketan was the VP - Product, Strategy, and Partnerships at ScoreMe Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he led the development of digital lending platforms and risk engines. Ketan has also served as the Business Head - B2C at Dvara SmartGold, overseeing strategies for ecommerce activation and customer onboarding. Additionally, Ketan has a background in founding and leading companies such as Schoolwear Pvt. Ltd. and M-Power Human Resource Company. Ketan is known for his expertise in product development, technology, and business growth.

Shantanu Bairagi is the CEO of Veefin Capital, leading the development of a global supply chain finance ecosystem that connects lenders, corporates, and MSMEs. An IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta alumnus, he brings over 20 years of expertise in corporate banking and structured finance, having held senior leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and ICICI Bank. Based in Mumbai, he specializes in creating innovative, technology-driven financing solutions for complex supply chain transactions.

Rajendra Awasthi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Epikindifi Software & Solutions (ezee.ai), a Veefin Group company building next-generation digital lending and banking technology platforms. A civil engineer from NIT Raipur who transitioned from corporate banking to IT leadership, he spent over 15 years at Infosys and EdgeVerve leading Finacle implementations across APAC, ANZ, Middle East, and Africa before launching his entrepreneurial journey in 2018. Based in Chennai, Rajendra is passionate about solving India-specific problems through technology innovation and is committed to building a unicorn that serves banking institutions across four continents while creating opportunities for 150+ team members.

Sushmitshri Babu is the Co-Founder of ezee.ai, a Veefin Group company specializing in digital lending and banking technology solutions. With over 16 years at Infosys, where he progressed from development to program management and transformation roles, he brings deep expertise in fintech implementation and strategic project governance. An electronics and telecommunications engineer from Ramdeo Baba College of Engineering, Sushmitshri also founded Latitude Fintech and is based in Bengaluru, driving innovation in the banking technology sector.

Sanjeev Singh is the CEO of TaxGenie, a leading fintech specializing in AI-driven automation solutions across finance and accounting value chains including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, tax compliance, and supply chain financing. An IIT Madras and IIM Kozhikode (Gold Medallist) alumnus, he brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience, having served as Wipro's Global COO and Executive Board member, and led multiple successful business turnarounds at organizations including CMS IT Services, Mphasis, Genpact, and Startek. Known as a problem-solver at scale, Sanjeev specializes in transforming underperforming businesses into profitable growth engines, with a track record that includes achieving a $100 million annualized bottom-line impact at Wipro.

Bala Iyer is the CEO of The Walnut AI, a Veefin Group company specializing in Document AI and intelligent automation for the corporate banking sector, with operations across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and India. An ACCA-qualified accountant with a Master's in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University, he brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, including senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Cognizant, combined with expertise in artificial intelligence, deep neural networks, and credit/market risk analytics. Based in Singapore, Bala leads the development of Vega 5.0, a state-of-the-art financial spreading tool deployed with top-tier banks, and also serves as a corporate trainer for ACCA, teaching machine learning and Python coding to accountants.
